Job Description:
Maintenance Shift Electrical Technician is accountable to implement all specific Safety Standards related to his areas as per the direction from SES Team & according to our Mars Quality & Safety Standards
• Responsible for Executing all Corrective, Preventive and Proactive Maintenance Activities for all Production Facilities and Utilities
• Two RW Lines
• Two Molding Lines
• Chocolate Making Facility
• TWIX Production Line
• Jewels Production Line
• Medium Tension Substation
• Eight Power Transformers
• FBL & Bounty

• First Escalation Point for any Operational Breakdown
• Responsible for Execution and Documenting al Activities of Plant Maintenance Master Plan and Daily Shift Activities
• Responsible for Executing and Documenting Daily / Periodically Checklists
• · Responsible for Executing Shift Site Tour with Production TO’s along with other Connections Points
• Responsible for Updating Site Master Spare Parts Data against new Equipment and Projects
• Monitor / Improve the Spares Consumption on his Area
• Responsible for Improving No. of Spare Parts Items through Unification and Standardizing of the used Spares
• Responsible for Inspecting the Spare Parts before GR
• Ensure the high level of Technical Communication and Handover is maintained between Operation and Maintenance Teams
• Support Site Projects Team during Installation and Commissioning phases for any New Project
• Support Engineering Team during Installation and Commissioning phases for any New Project
• Responsible for implementing a Safe Environment for both Equipment & Associates and 100% closure for all Safety Near Misses raised over the Shifts
• Responsible for implementing Quality and Food Safe Environment for the Products through maintain Site CCPs, OPRP’s states and 100% closure for all Q&FS Near Misses raised over the Shifts
• Responsible for Implementing and Suppling Technical Solutions for all new Ideas including Sustainability and Waste Management Projects
• Responsible for Triggering and Suppling Technical Solutions for any Chronic Issues
• Represent Technical Team in internal and external Audits on his area by providing Documentations related to his Area
• Responsible for the Training of other Shop Floor Associates on Minor Breakdowns Troubleshooting for all Equipment
