We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting Sr. Associates to join a major finance transformation engagement in Doha. The successful candidates will support the design of a Finance Target Operating Model for a public-sector organization. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong reporting, budgeting, and planning experience who can confidently prepare and present high-quality outputs to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Support finance and accounting workstreams within a broader transformation project Review existing finance processes and contribute to future-state operating model recommendations Assist with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting Analyze financial data and translate findings into clear recommendations Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client deliverables Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational and financial requirements Help identify opportunities to improve finance processes, governance, and reporting Present findings and recommendations to client and management teams Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience Experience within the public sector or government environment is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles Good understanding of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and finance processes Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills Ability to produce clear, professional, client-ready presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Good communication and client-facing skills Professional fluency in Arabic and English CMA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or another relevant professional qualification is preferred Currently based in Qatar with valid residency/QID Available to work onsite in Doha Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
