Role Description The Finance Administration Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for supporting daily finance and administrative operations, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with budgeting activities, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The coordinator helps prepare financial reports and reconciliations, ensures compliance with internal policies, and supports accounting entries in collaboration with the finance team. The role also involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and responding to finance-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The coordinator contributes to streamlining processes and supporting management with financial data needed for decision-making.

- Foundational accounting skills, including general ledger entries, invoice processing, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping.
- Experience in financial reporting, including preparing periodic statements, summaries, and analytical reports for management.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and to present financial information clearly.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other financial or ERP systems; familiarity with digital tools and data-driven environments is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate or technology-focused environment, preferably within the GCC or MENA region, is beneficial.
